What does onboarding look like?

A quick intro call, then an in-person demo where we walk you through the Bubblē Vendor app at your counter. Early adopter shops also get promotional materials to help drive their first wave of orders.

Do I need new hardware?

No — Bubblē Vendor runs on the iPhone or Android phone you already carry. If you manage multiple stores, you can be signed in to all of them on the same device and switch between queues instantly.

How does pricing work?

Bubblē is free for vendors — no subscription, no commission on your cleaning charges. Customers pay you directly for the cleaning at the price you set. Bubblē collects a separate delivery fee from the customer to cover routing and courier costs.

What if I’m short-staffed one day?

Every order is accepted by you explicitly — nothing is auto-assigned. If you need to slow things down, manage capacity directly in the Vendor app by adjusting your delivery windows, hours, or holiday exceptions so future orders fit your bandwidth.

Do you cover delivery?

Physical logistics — pickup, cleaning handoffs, and delivery — are handled by the store. Bubblē schedules windows with the customer and enables step-by-step order tracking so your team always knows what’s next.
