Bubbly Vendor — Account Deletion Request

Bubbly Vendor ("we," "our") provides tools for laundry and dry-cleaning vendors to manage pickups, orders, and deliveries. This page explains how to delete your Bubbly Vendor account and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

In the app:

1. Open Bubbly Vendor.

2. Tap your profile.

3. Tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

If you cannot access the app:
Email support@bubbleservices.com from the address associated with your account (or include the phone number you used to sign up). Use the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your vendor profile (name, business name, contact details, address)

• Your phone number and authentication records

• Your account preferences and settings

• Any uploaded images (store photos, logos)

• Push notification tokens

What data is retained

Certain records are retained to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations:

• Order and transaction records associated with completed jobs — retained for 7 years, then permanently deleted. Personally identifying information within these records is anonymized where possible.

• System logs that may include anonymized identifiers — retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention, then deleted.

Timeframe

• In-app deletions are scheduled immediately and complete within 30 days.

• Email-based deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt and identity verification.
