Two ways to delete. The fastest path is inside the app. If you can’t access the app, use the email request below and we’ll handle it for you.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Bubblē app.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom right.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm with your password.

Your account is marked for deletion immediately. See the timeline below for what happens next.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app — for example, you’ve lost your phone or forgotten your password — send an email from the address on your account to support@bubble-services.com with the subject line “Delete my account.”

Include in the body:

  • The full name on the account.
  • The phone number on the account.
  • A sentence confirming you want the account and associated data deleted.

We’ll confirm within one business day and complete deletion within seven days.

What happens when you delete

Deleted immediately

  • Your name, email, phone number, and password.
  • Saved addresses, handoff notes, and delivery preferences.
  • Saved payment methods (tokenized card references).
  • Your device push tokens and location data.
  • Support chat history.

Kept for a limited time

  • Active orders (up to 30 days). If you have an order in flight when you delete, we keep the minimum info needed to finish it — then everything personal is removed.
  • Financial records (up to 7 years). Completed order receipts are retained for tax and accounting purposes, but they’re anonymized — your name, contact info, and address are stripped.
  • Fraud / abuse records. If your account was terminated for fraud, we may keep the minimum data needed to prevent re-registration.

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, we can’t recover it — past orders, reviews, and tips included. If you just want to take a break, you can uninstall the app and keep the account; we won’t charge you anything for not using it.

Timeline

  • Day 0 — you submit the deletion (app or email).
  • Within 1 business day — we confirm receipt via email.
  • Within 7 days — your personal data is removed from our active systems.
  • Within 30 days — backups that contain your data roll over and are purged.
