PRIVACY POLICY

Pepper Industries LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Bubblē mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the App.

By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Account Information

When you create an account we collect:

- Phone number (used for authentication via one-time passcode)

- First and last name

- Email address

b) Address Information

When you place an order we collect:

- Street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code

- Geographic coordinates associated with your address (latitude and longitude)

This information is required to coordinate pickup and delivery of your laundry and dry cleaning orders.

c) Order Information

When you use the App we collect details about your orders including:

- Service type selected (e.g., wash and fold, dry cleaning)

- Pickup method (doorman or apartment)

- Scheduled pickup and delivery windows

- Order status and history

d) Payment Information

When you pay for services through the App:

- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details.

- We store a Stripe transaction reference ID, payment status, and the service fee amount associated with your order.

e) Device Information

To deliver push notifications about your orders we collect:

- A unique device identifier (stored securely in your device's Keychain)

- A push notification token issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging

- Device platform (iOS)

f) Information We Do Not Collect

- We do not collect precise or continuous location data. The App does not request access to your device's GPS or location services.

- We do not collect photos, contacts, microphone data, or health data.

- We do not use analytics or advertising tracking SDKs. Firebase Analytics is explicitly disabled in the App.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

- Create and manage your account

- Process and fulfill your laundry and dry cleaning orders

- Coordinate pickup and delivery logistics with partner stores

- Send push notifications about order status updates and appointment reminders

- Process payments for services rendered

- Provide customer support

- Comply with legal obligations

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share your information only with the following third-party service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the App:

a) Supabase, Inc.

Our backend infrastructure provider. Stores account information, order data, and device tokens on secure, encrypted servers.

b) Stripe, Inc.

Our payment processor. Receives payment details you enter directly into Stripe's secure payment interface to process transactions. See Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

c) Google LLC (Google Places API)

When you search for or select an address, your query is sent to Google's Places API to return accurate address results. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

d) Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

Your device's push notification token is registered with Firebase Cloud Messaging to enable delivery of order notifications. See Firebase's privacy policy at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

e) Partner Laundry and Dry Cleaning Stores

Your name, address, apartment number, and order details are shared with the store fulfilling your order so they can complete pickup, cleaning, and delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, Inc., which uses encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your personal data is restricted through row-level security policies that ensure you can only access your own account and order information.

Locally on your device, sensitive data such as your profile and device identifier are stored in the iOS Keychain, which provides hardware-backed encryption.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. Order history is retained for recordkeeping, customer support, and legal compliance purposes.

When you sign out of the App, locally cached profile data is removed from your device.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

a) Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email address below. Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as completed transaction records).

b) Push Notifications

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's Settings. This will not affect your ability to use the App, but you will not receive order status reminders.

c) Access and Correction

You may update your name, email, and address information directly within the App. To request a copy of your personal data, contact us at the email address below.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
