1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using bubble-services.com, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Bubblē.

2. What Bubblē is

Bubblē is a platform that connects you with independent local dry cleaners and wash-and-fold businesses (“Partners”). Bubblē coordinates scheduling, tracking, and — where available — pickup/delivery logistics. The cleaning itself is performed by the Partner you choose, who sets their own prices and operates their own business.

Bubblē is not your cleaner. We facilitate the service between you and the Partner.

3. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to use Bubblē.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and current.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
  • You can close your account at any time from the Delete Account page.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Prices are set by the Partner and shown in the app before you confirm.
  • You authorize Bubblē (and its payment processor) to charge your payment method for the order, applicable fees, tips, and any adjustments (e.g., weight-based wash-and-fold pricing).
  • Tips are 100% pass-through to the driver and/or Partner.
  • If an order can’t be fulfilled, we’ll refund the relevant amount to the payment method used.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a scheduled pickup from the app at no charge as long as a driver hasn’t been dispatched. Once a driver has picked up your bag, cancellations may incur the Partner’s minimum service charge.

6. Care of items

  • Let us and the Partner know about special-care items in the order notes.
  • Some items are not accepted (e.g., hazardous materials, items contaminated with biohazards).
  • If something is lost or damaged, file a claim from the order details screen within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the Partner to investigate and resolve.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use Bubblē to do anything illegal, to harass drivers or Partner staff, or to interfere with the service (e.g., scraping, abuse, circumventing rate limits).

8. Intellectual property

Bubblē and its logos, designs, and code are owned by Bubblē. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You don’t get ownership of anything else.

9. Disclaimers

Bubblē is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant uninterrupted service, specific delivery times, or the condition of items after cleaning beyond the Partner’s standard of care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubblē’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Bubblē in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute resolution

We’ll always try to resolve disputes directly — email support@bubble-services.com first. If we can’t resolve it informally, disputes will be handled by binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing support@bubble-services.com.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
